Keith has recently layed invictus flooring throughout my home. He was honest and upfront with timescales and prices, there was no higher prices and knocking it down, his price was the best price straight away so no need to haggle. No hard sell, just an honest and kind bloke. He came on the days and times that he said he would and kept me informed of everything along the way. He worked his backside off to get the flooring sorted under my appliances (till 7pm one Saturday evening) so that I could get my washer/dryer/dishwasher back in use as he understood that with 3 children I needed these desperately. The job has been carried out to a very high standard, and the finish is perfect. Payment only requested on completion. Changing the flooring in my downstairs has revamped the feel of the whole house, and we have received multiple complements from family and friends. Thank you so much Keith, we will definitely have you back when we need to do any more flooring in the house. 10/10 for professionalism, quality of product and finish and value for money. Keith completed our kitchen/dining flooring today. He did an excellent job, advised us on which layout to choose and tidied up afterwards.
